When facing the power and wealth of an uncooperative insurance company, employer, or government, the highest law is the safety of the people.

A determined, experienced Advocate for the People

Jim maintains an extensive practice fighting for people to receive reimbursement for personal injuries, worker’s compensation claims, and Social security awards when illness or injuries forces them to retire from work. Jim’s decades of work and skill in litigation and negotiation have equipped him to be a determined advocate for the injured people in North and Northeast Arkansas -- from Blytheville to Mountain Home.

Jim received his education from Arkansas State University and the University of Memphis, before receiving his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is proud to have called Jonesboro home since 1976 when he graduated from law school.

More than 45 years of dedication to serving the public as an attorney, he has had the opportunity to successfully represent hundreds of clients, collecting awards for them from the insurance companies of America which insure negligent drivers, and often dangerous, unsympathetic employers.

At the encouragement of the community from the Hardy/Cherokee Village area, Jim opened a branch office in Highland in Sharp County and is proud to have helped hundreds more injured people in the Ozarks.

Jim takes pride in saying that he has never represented an insurance company, and never will.
